Electroless Nickel Plating

08-Dec-2010 Hyteco (Aust.) is one of the few manifold manufacturers in the world and the only one in Australia able to offer in-house Electroless Nickel Plating on their steel and ductile manifolds.

Electroless Nickel Plating is the best method available to protect hydraulic manifolds not only externally but 100% internally as well. The surface is a near bright mirror finish.

Some underground OEM mining manufactures prefer or will only accept this plating process.

Hyteco can offer the complete package of design, manufacture, electroless nickel plating, assembly, testing and painting of hydraulic manifolds; all on our premises.

Further in-house capabilities are onsite service, installation and commissioning.
