Earthmoving Crane Valve

A new addtion to Hyteco's SMART family has arrived.

The HYTECO EARTHMOVING CRANE VALVE (HECV) is an easily installed assembly for excavators, backhoes or loaders that provides burst protection when fitted to boom & dipper arm cylinders.

Models are available in various ported, size and mounting configurations allowing direct cylinder mounting or can be piped inline.

The importance of incorporating these types of valves can be referenced to AS1418.8 Cranes, hoists and winches – Special purpose appliances.

These units have been designed for high reliability and are fully serviceable.

As with all our Standard Products, these manifolds provide the industry benchmark with the best in design, innovation and product quality.

Remote Machine Management

Hyteco can now add further value to our fully integrated CANBus system by offering a comprehensive remote fleet management for mobile vehicles.

This system provides the ability to track, monitor and manage mobile machinery.

Using a standardised internet portal you can have secure access to displaying vehicle operational data as well as issuing on-line instructions to your drivers.

If there is a vehicle problem, you can quickly diagnose and configure machines via the remote vehicle maintenance system.

If a truck is lost or ventured into the wrong working territory then you'll receive a transmitted warning message and a command is sent to shutdown your vehicle's equipment.

So managing a large number of trucks this way from a central location has just become easier.

SMART series manifolds

Hyteco will be releasing over the next few months a new range of circuit saving hydraulic manifolds, they will form the SMART series of hydraulic manifolds.

Our SMART series is an integration of dedicated hydraulic valve logic (some cases coupled with CANBus electronics) meeting the needs of hydraulic systems requiring specific control.

Their features will be compact, easy to install using the highest quality of valving and best manufacturing practices.
